        we used this firm during covid, they were very expensive by 4 times , kept on sending emails and no emails received, then found out they were not attending and following up on anything then blaming our firm, it has taken 9 months to sort out with new accountants, including not releasing our xero details as they said yet again they emailed it to me , and went into junk as different email address each time.
