Very poor service. Nearly made us late with our Charity Commission accounts. We ended contract and they overcharged us. We are chasing repayment over last 3 months. Very very unprofessional

Williams lester are by far the worst experience I have ever had, nearly lost 2 houses (rental/purchase) due to tax calculations not being submitted and lack of communication with mortgage company and reference company. I needed to apply to become vat registered, their fee was a little over 1400. After all the trouble with the houses I decided to depart, Ryan agreed and was happy for the new company to deal with the VAT and that a refund would be sorted provided I sent the email to confirm Im moving accountants. 4 months later I now have the debt collectors involved, Williams lester claim the money was ( a back date of payment as they wasnt charging me enough) but made no effort to write a new contract or let me know of price increases through email or phone. If you chose Ryan (Merthyr branch) then all your booked are completed in Cardiff branch, so if you need any documents ASAP, then it could take weeks, dont reply to emails or phone calls both David and Ryan. Accountants certificate and reference costing 225, I cant get a simple invoice off them after numerous attempts through email. I now have no option to take legal proceedings to get my money back, if you have read this review, you have been warned.
