I waited a week to be called back to arrange our in person meeting as advised by Moulani and them saying they would be happy to help me, finally I phoned back and was put through to a very rude man who asked what my situation was and when I explained I work in the film industry and some of my jobs have been inside IR35 he just completely dismissed me saying they couldn't take on my accounts, when I asked for further information he was very rude and couldn't give me a reason, eventually putting me back through to the original guy who had said they would be happy to help. I explained to him my frustration with the situation especially given we had a long and in depth conversation about my accounts prior to this where he had expressed their willingness to help and that someone would call me back. At which point instead of trying to apologise for the blatant dismissal and misinformation he was petty, argumentative and combative, claiming it was because their books were full even though I explained it was for the following tax year and I could wait. Baffled at all the good reviews, not only did they turn their nose up at my accounts for some pretty standard goverment legislation I have no control over but they were rude and dishonest about it, if there books are so full then they won't mind me putting off future customers.
