The Towers Outdoor Education Centre

I went there on a trip a few weeks ago and it was amazing, the owner is really nice and so are all the members of staff that work there overall I highly recommend this to anyone who wants an adventure or just a holiday of fun outside activities.

Can not believe the Towers is still going. I have been there on twice, both of which were between 74-79. I went there for my first taste of adventure training with St Edmunds sec sch in Wolverhampton.. Canoeing, Climbing, Fell walking, Gorge walking , and caving. This is what led me to join the Army in 1980, Royal Engineers. I became a canoeing instructor in 85, and i still do the odd trip out now at 57. Cracking place to visit. beautiful location. was well looked after. If I remember right they had a visitors review book, which we all filled in at the time. All good memories ,

We went here in 1997 with the school. Had an amazing time. Be such a shame to see this place go. 1 week of pure laughs and jokes. And the swing of the cliff was awesome.
