I also attended earlier in the year with my daughter Hannah who has Downs Syndrome and she had an eye test and new glasses.
I just wanted to say what an amazing service you offer. All your staff are delightful to deal with and have such a lovely caring way with everyone who comes through the door. Nothing is rushed and you really feel as though you are in excellent hands.
Your after sales service is excellent too with a follow up telephone call advising that our glasses were on the way and advising we could pop in at any time if they needed adjusting.
In a world where everyone is so quick to complain, I wanted to say Thank You.
