This company was called out by Green Flag after my 21 year old daughter's car had sudden total clutch failure while at Uni in Bangor. They were really quick to respond, recovered the car and had it fixed by the next day. I was expecting the worst, thinking several hundred pounds for new clutch, but no, a mere 76 having diagnosed condensation in the clutch fluid which was duly replaced. This totally restored my faith in the honesty and integrity of some garages. Thank you Gwalia, great service at a good price.

Rob saved the day!! Went absolutely above and beyond today to help me get back on the road.... did as much as humanly possible and made a very stressful experience as enjoyable as possible... thank you so much :)

Manufacturer sent these guys to recover stranded vehicle to main dealership Rob(?) Was great despite difficult recovery due to locked wheels. Manufacturer also used them to repatriate car after fix, again excellent service and good humour even after having a long journey to cross the border and tackle m6/m5 on a Friday (sorry can't remember driver's name but please thank him). Would not hesitate to recommend if you need recovery. Service: Car towing

I am so glad to see the lovely reviews here and I can only add to these. I had a flat battery earlier this evening, dark and rainy and no one around and I had no idea what to do. I was already in the midst of a nervous break down myself and this did not help! Managed to get on to these guys and they were there within 20 minutes. I didnt get the chaps name who came, but he was so kind and courteous and professional and managed to not make me feel stupid, as I already did! But just wanted to thank him for being amazing. (I was the guy in the red Hyundai at St Davids retail park). Would highly recommend!! Diolch!
