Love Caernarfon library, wonderful helpful staff and always a warm welcome. Great at suggesting books you might like too.

This is a decent enough library in terms of variety. I home school 3 boys so we try to go every week. The only criticism we have all observed is that some of the (current) staff aren't very approachable and even impatient! We have met 1 lady who was particularly warm and helped the children feel welcome and safe to tak to. This doesn't foster children with a positive sense of association... Surely we want warm, friendly engaging staff to encourage young minds to LOVE books? We are going to go to Bangor library to see what the environment is like over there.
