Appalling treatment. I handed them a relatively simple task in August. When I queried why they hadnt responded they told me that my email had ended up in the junk folder. They apologised and said they were handing my queries over to one of their Solicitors. Two weeks later I queried why I hadnt yet been contacted. They then replied immediately that they wouldnt help me. No explanation offered. Ive reported their conduct to the Solicitors Conduct Association.
