Nightmare would NEVER consider reccomending this company, eventually they completed the sale of our property after 5 months of doing lots of chasing up with little response (straight forward sale of a lease cash buyers and no chain) , all work had already done from a previous buyer which fell through and we were assured the fee would not be double as little paperwork needed to be done (already completed on failed sale) to get charged full fee on failed sale and the completed sale. If I didn't have more important things happening I'm my life at the moment I would be considering taking this matter a lot further through the ombudsman man.

I phoned them 3 times only to find out if they were the solicitors dealing with my departed mother's will. 3 times they took my details and said they would contact me ,well I'm still waiting .

Sion was recommended to me by a friend and I also found he was an exceptionally kind, professional and punctual solicitor while I was buying my first house. Would definitely recommend and will 100% use again if I move.
