Reception staff are rude, you don't get any appointments and they don't have the phone on in the morning to book a same day appointment. Been told to wait over a month for an appointment. It's a joke.

Phoned a week monday had the phone put down on me without them answering. Phoned for Dr appointment today no pre book no calls. Call back am tomorrow. Shocking surgery

Should just close the phone after 9 because all you get after that is.no space try tomorrow usless. they dont go by severity of your illness or even ask .only the same jobseekers claiming disability or the old regulars having chest problems but smoke 40 fags a day.thank you i gess i will die alone with my problem

First of all took me ages to get through however i understand because of high demand but when ive finally managed to get through. Had an extremely rude woman on the phone, i could hear here huffing and puffing down the phone, seemed really keen to go and just explanation would give a 0 if i could. No understanding at all. Why would you go into this job if you dont have any sympathy for the people talking. Very selfish woman if i knew her name i would name and shame, needs to find another job as clearly isnt good at this one. Would dread for any of my friends of family suffering to have to deal with her alongside pain.
