Caer Menai

Had a lovely day at Caer Menai! Location was right in the walled town and close to the castle, shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and the food great! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and made me feel right at home. Hope to be back again some day!

Stayed in the Caer Menai, last week for 2 nights. Immediately greeted by Neil one of the new owners, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble during my stay. The property is a beautiful Victorian property in a superb location literally 2 mins walk to caernarfon castle. I was in room 5 which is a king room, it was big, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I had an amazing nights sleep the mattress was thick and good quality and the bedding was clean and fresh. The room had a view of the quiet terraced street in a lovely part of the the town. In the morning breakfast is served from 7.45-9am and again Neil was a perfect host. I had a full Welsh breakfast both days and you could tell the ingredients were quality and cooked perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommended the Caer Menai to anyone needing a base in north Wales.
