        By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. My Wifes medication is never ready when I go there to collect it for her, there always seems to be some sort of problem, even though she has placed the order more than ten days previous. Totally unhelpful, and in my opinion, inexperienced and rude staff !!! I have always used Martin Davies on Caerleon Road myself..Worlds ApartLiterally !!!

        Rang last week (13th May I think) regarding my medication , there had been a mix up on there behalf but the woman was so rude to me and made me feel like it was my fault. She was tutting , huffing and puffing on the phone.... no level of compassion or good customer service there. I wont be dealing with Miss Attitude again!

        The Pharmacist is clearly not qualified in Prescribing and refused to sell a product available as a general sales item for infected dermatitis which was really quite bothersome..He ought to read the instructions. It can be safely used on the face but not to the mucous membranes of eyes nose or mouth.
