Animals Sitting Pretty

Laura is absolutely amazing. I have two dogs, one 13yr old lab who is struggling slightly due to age, and a jack Russell spaniel with umm lets say plenty of spirit and hates being groomed. Due to the dogs not liking others, Laura has always made sure that my dogs are the only ones in the salon. She is very patient, the old lab actually feel asleep in the bath today while being washed. When drying she did as much as she could, then laid out pillows and a blanket on the floor to finish drying. While comfortable it was the other dog's turn. Manny hates grooming but Laura allows me to help and calm him. Today it was only me who could dry him as he completely panicked and had a doggy brat attack. Laura made sure i was doing this right with kind instructions. It was the only way we could it. Laura is great at understanding your dogs needs and is very accommodating. I can definitely recommend this business especially if you have some troublesome pets. This is definitely not a conveyor belt of dog grooming, but a compassionate and personable business with an understanding of all dog behaviours. Amazing service.

Laura is the best dog groomer that i have taken my dog Albie to. He is not the easiest dog to groom , but Laura is so patient and works around his quirky behaviour , she absolutely loves all pets , which shines through . Laura has taken time off recently due to bereavement , but is still trying really hard to keep up to date with her clients , a wonderful professional person .
