On waiting list for 7 months for a procedure, trying to chase with the department but I get cut off every time and no one can give me any answers else where. Should be easier to get some info then ringing everyday

My daughter was referred here for help. The doctor who seen her was horrible. Came out feeling worst than before. If she takes her own life THEN it's on you. Please don't take your kids here to be seen.

The service is disgusting . My poor elderly mum has been left, waited more than a month to get her tablets and shes got worse. They say one thing you ring back and they tell you another , so unorganised and badly run! Its just wrong, so so wrong. I get staffing maybe tight bla bla but why say you will ring back when you dont and theres no excuses for being so unorganised. However, the lady who took my mums memory assessment was so great with her and I appreciated that
