I cannot thank Sarah & Karris enough, Ive been going to the same hair salon for several years but just recently Ive felt more of a burden to them than a customer, my hair colour wasnt taking and they told me it was my hormones. A friend recommended Burlesque and suggested I give them a try before I gave up on being the colour I love. From the minute I walked in to the salon the team couldnt have been more Helpful. Sarah talked to me at length about the issues I have been having she explained what she was going to do and regularly checked the colour to make sure it was taking which it was. Karris came over to explain she would be cutting my hair and again we talked throughly about what style I was looking for. Sarah continued to check the colour once my hair had been cut & dried. All the team were lovely and friendly and I walked out on cloud nine feeling like Id been pampered, the advice they both gave for how to look after my hair was really helpful as well. Staff are nice & friendly which is always a plus - but above all the hair cut and colour knowledge is excellent. Would recommend travelling for, and if youre local then all the better!
