This gp surgery is so dangerous. Complete lack of compassion from nurses and reception staff. Impossible to get a appointment, always told call back tomorow call back tomorow. This gp surgery is simply not fit to look after anyone. I feel so sorry for elderly people trying to navigate it. The reception staff are not doctors but they certainly think they are. I sincerely hope this gp surgerys practices are examined soon and this place can have a overhaul as it js downright dangerous

Very poor booking procedure. All appointments for next two weeks are taken within minutes of 8am whether you are on the phone or online. Im sure the staff are doing their best but investment in an effective booking system which goes more than two weeks out would do a lot to install confidence in the surgery.

Worst doctors ever. My son has been waiting on the phone for 35 minutes in the hope of getting an appointment as hes so poorly. They don't tell you what number you are in the queue to be connected, like my own doctors do, at least then you know your call will be answered at some point. I would give zero stars if I could. I don't know anyone who attends this practice think that they are any good.
