My dog is happy going in and coming out! What more can you say. Brilliant.

The place was a building site at this time. I gave the staff enough food for my dog for the time he was there, with instructions, and was given half of it back. He can have a reaction to various foods so I like him to have a well controlled diet, I'm not sure whether he wasn't fed enough or given something else.

Friendly place, Steve and his staff are great with the dogs, my dog always seems very happy to be there.

After being told the wrong time for collection (we didn't check or read as we had no reason to believe the time we were told would be wrong) I arrived to collect my dogs. Rather than accepting an innocent mistake from his staff (which my wife and i both heard clearly), the kennel frontman (assuming also the owner) insisted i was lying several times, stating his staff wouldnt have told us the wrong time, despite me saying i would've happily made arrangements to have collected them earlier if i had been told the correct time. I understand his staff were working later than planned and emphasise with that, but this was no fault of my own, and after having told him i didnt appreciate being called a liar and his attitude towards a customer was poor, he proceeded with his impertinence and finished with a passive agressive quip saying, 'i look forward to your google review', well here it is. The rest of the staff have always been pleasant and courteous, however after this interaction we wont be returning or recommending to anyone
