Let me start by saying that the only reason I've given 1 star is because I can't give 0 stars. The enclosures are utterly inadequate & far too small for the animals within them (e.g. flying ducks in a roofed cage when there are other ducks walking around freely & the otter has a 1.5m x 1.5m pool within its already cramped enclosure). Some of the fish pools are beyond small for the number of fish within (particularly the large koi pond near the aquarium), and noticed a possibly blind fish swimming upside down. Most of the ponds around the park look completely neglected and stagnant and smelt as such (beyond how it would be in the wild). The entire park was dog friendly apart from the restaurant, which is understandable to a degree, but when everything else is dog friendly, it becomes a bit nonsensical. Overall, as I'm sure it's quite obvious from my review, I would not at all recommend this on your visit unless you want to see very sad animals.

Lovely place to visit on a Sunday afternoon. The nature walk was very nice and a stop at the Dutch Pancake house is an absolute must.

Lovely little place for a walk, they have lots of birds, ducks, geese and a really nice pancake house for food. They have duck feed for 1 a bag and there are also really cute otters too :)
