Poor service where is our mail delivery lucky if we get mail delivery twice a week

Delivered parcel to the wrong address of a different postcode. Phone number gives you a fax machine.

Don't stick to their opening times.closed Friday afternoons. Or whether they feel like it .why close all the reliable ones down and keep the worst one open.

Not very helpful on the counter and thats when you can actually get in. Opening hours are shocking 8am - 10am Monday to Friday! No good for most people who work.
