        by far the most superior massage I have ever had. I suffer with hypermobility in my joints and fibromyalgia and Jeff knows exactly how to treat each of the various pains I have live with. I definitely recommend him if it just a treat day or pulled muscles day.

        Put this therapy off for way too many years, I can now move around on a normal day with neck pain and much more range of motion from the rest of my body.

        I have been visiting regularly to help with muscle soreness in legs resulting in pain when walking, due to injuries sustained during sports. The massages enable to be back playing regularly with no pain when walking. I am someone who regularly rolls my ankles so I have also benefited from having my ankles taped with rock tape to help speed up my recovery. highly recommend a visit
