DO NOT USE this company . Incompetent management . Martin Evans moto is make it look as if the work is finished , take your money and run . Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with him on an extension and have still not received any certificates and had to get other trades to correct and finish the work . Have no idea how he hasnt appeared on rogue traders yet ! AVOID AVOID this cowboy

DONT USE THESE BUILDERS. We had an extension built by these so say (experienced builders). The initial price was reasonable and less than most of the builders who quoted for the work. The cost doubled though as the building work progressed. We were advised that our intial plan to bring our outhouse into our house as an extension and so increase our living space was not possible and that the outhouse would have to be demolished and rebuilt. Despite it being on solid foundations and double skinned. We later found out that there was no need for it to be demolished!!! The work was carried out and we had to have a floating foundation under our new extension. More expense. The quality of the work and finish is rubbish. The plastering could of been finished better by a novice. Overall I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. On top of all this is the delay in completing the work so that a completion certificate could be issued. The work started on 28 November 2016 and took 3 months to complete however the completion certificate wasnt actually issued until 14 May 2018 one and a half years later!! Due to the failure of Barberry to complete the work properly and get the various certificates to the relevant authority. How this company was ever given membership of the federation of master builders (FMB) is beyond us. Mind you, when you pay to be registered with the FMB then we suppose it is pretty easy. Please please dont waste your money and dont be taken in by false promises etc. Get a builder that is a bit more expensive, it will be worth it in the long run.
