        Absolutely diabolical?! I have never in all my years experienced before such ineptitude from a pharmacy. Flabagasted. Cannot complete a simple task such as setting up a repeat prescription. Not a care that important medication CANNOT just be halted? Litteraly look at you as if you have two heads when you point this out!! Three months and still CANNOT get a simple repeat prescription organised. Embarrassing. Hay on wye pharmacy have been absolutely amazing. What a difference in professionalism. I am now escalating this higher not just for myself but for others who are being made feel like a burden for expecting a decent level of service. Contemptuous. BOOTS you should be ashamed!
