        Messed up my prescription twice first time I was having to travel to Hereford hospital every day and this time they just didnt bother to do it then got the dosage wrong and then proceeded to tell me I had to chase up consultants to get correct dosage! Ended up missing a dose which is extremely dangerous ai I am 32 weeks pregnant and prone to clots! Will be taking this further!!
