        Today I lost my beloved dog Ty. I phoned village vets in Buckley and spoke separately to 2 ladies on reception. They were so kind, caring, calming and explained the next steps to me. I took Ty to the vets after he had passed and again these 2 ladies were just amazing. The young vet came out to my car to collect him. You all got me through today. I cant thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart
