I have used the Pescado over a number of years and they always given me the best service and deal for our Business Contracts I just signed another 2 year deal with them and based on there recommendation moving to Vodafone, just waiting on the handsets

Pushy, after giving a buisssness contract as a personal contract. Hounded for an additional 20 to unlock a phone after the contract. I'd avoid, not professional at all. Like any, Purley driven by sales and commission...

Terrible company to deal with. Signed a 5 year contract to get a better fixed price - which is how sales chap sold it, then the small print of a clause 7.1.a.(i) is being claimed a year later as a reason to raise prices by 5%. Asked for evidence of this increase as it only relates to forex, taxes or duties or cloud provider costs and none of these apply to a leased line and ignored. Asked for price to be reduced back down to original cost if no evidence can be provided - ignored. Customer service managers are no use. Company happy to ignore you. Should have gone with another company instead of them. Avoid like the plague, they don't care about their customers, ignore emails and generally behave in an arrogant and unscrupulous way I'm sure they wouldn't accept from their suppliers. Perhaps if you have some clout you may get somewhere.
