After having the business closed for over a year through the pandemic, having not to be able to work the most crucial time of the year for my business ( days before Christmas) it was extremely stressful.
Joel Bevan who is the manager(!!!) actually laughed at me and answered me that I shouldnt expect them to give me a month for free just because I lost a few days of business!!!
He kept arguing with me for a very long time on the phone, being sarcastic and not a single second did I have the feeling that he was there to help me in anyway, quite the opposite.
Through out the whole conversation he was trying to convince me why I dont deserve any compensation for the business I lost.
Really disgusting behaviour.
In the 40 years that I run my business this is probably the worse costumer service I have come across to the point where I felt that I need to share it.
