Tumbi Estate & Letting Agents contacted Direct Line Communications to assists us with our phone systems. Tumbi were using multiple mobile phones, which was stressful and unreliable when trying to transfer calls. Lee from Direct Line Communications attended our office to discuss our options. This was when it became evident that Direct Line Communications are unique. Lee helped us to work out our telecommunication goals and then implemented a plan to achieve them. I'm proud of our new telephone system; the ease of accessing multiple numbers from one application is invaluable. Our calls are now recorded and stored on a secure portal and simultaneously integrate with our CRM. Direct Line Communications have perfected their customer journey. It's not often that I enjoy an onboarding process; however, this is one of those rare occasions.

After experiencing continuous problems with our previous telephone communications provider, we were all a little anxious! but since moving over to Direct Line Communications we have had a no-nonsense working phone system, which many companies do not appear to be in a position to provide. I was introduced to Lynne during lockdown by a fellow BNI member. It was clear from our first meeting that Lynne had a passion for helping people and not just servicing customers. Since we met I have referred a few clients, some of which had already been in touch and gone quiet on her. However, I had no problem referring them again after seeing her passion and enthusiasm. Each client has had a smooth transition from their existing supplier and first-class service from all of the employees at DLC Communications. Their telephony has become stable and the number of complaints about poor service has dropped to none. I wouldnt hesitate to refer Lynne to any of my customers in the future and I look forward to working alongside Lynne to provide my customers with the best possible service. Thank you for bringing great customer service back to telephony.

Excellent service all round. At Apple Transcription Ltd, we have to produce transcripts at an incredibly fast turnaround and so clear, easy communication is vital. Alan explained everything so clearly from the outset. The team couldn't do enough for us and we are delighted with our new system. All of our inbound and outbound calls now go through MS Teams, which means we can run our business from anywhere at any time, no matter who is calling or where we are. An ideal solution that doesn't cost the earth and is so simple to use. Thank you, DLC, for sorting this out for us!
