I've been using direct cars for about eight years and I won't use any other firm. The resptionests are always absolutely lovely, professional, polite. friendly and helpful. The drivers are always lovely, helpful, friendly and chatty too, the taxi's are always spotlessly clean. The drivers always turn up on time give or take a few minutes either way and are always happy to help
