Absolutely super. The only firm with an available driver. First trip driver was early, patient, and polite. Second trip, we kept the driver waiting a little as our train was late in. She was absolutely lovely for our short journey though. Prices very reasonable too.

They never have any vehicles Edit. So yeah they never have vehicles and they always say they don't have any to me on the phone. Bare in mind I was told that they would be an hour before they have any drivers. I got my girlfriend to call them on a different number ect and they have taxi's available instantly. I'm never rude to the drivers nor the operator fyi. Also I know of 3 people who used to work there saying that they have favourites. Meaning the operator won't give jobs to people who aren't their favourite .. cba with this company. So the main problem is that the company or the operator don't care for their drivers or their customers or both which is more likely the case. And Im not a petty person but omg you should never rely on direct cars.

I was always happy with them until todays situation. Im absolutely DISGUSTED!! I booked my taxi a day before to make sure Ill make it on a time for train ( at 15:35 ) as from train Ill have a flight. Taxi supposed to be at 3pm , which WASNT. So I called at 3.02pm and office lady told me a taxi will be with me in a FEW SECONDS. Of course I didnt receive any message that taxi is on its way. We were waiting until 15:12 when I tried to call once again , and of course lady didnt answer on my phone call this time - because my number showed up . But when my partner called from different number she answered immediately . The situation was explained for her and she was convincing us that taxi is on the way. I did receive a message at 15:17 that ITS ON THE WAY, so I tracked it and taxi didnt even leave an office at that time. THANKFULLY WE MADE IT on a time. But why the lady from office was LYING TO ME , that taxi will be in a few seconds. If shell tell the truth we were able to organise anything or even run to train station. That was the most stressful incident that ever happened to me in any taxies I ever used . And because of this situation I guarantee that was a last time of using your company . Im absolutely disappointed, disgusted, frustrated and stressed. Whoever is in charge , please check who was answering the phone calls on 31st March at 3pm and make sure that situation wont happen to anyone ever again!!!
