        I cant fault the work done to instal our house alarm. Fitting the alarm was straightforward and very tidily done. The alarm worked as we had expected. Shaun was very upfront with a clear explanation of costs before any work was done. He also gave us a very clear demonstration of how it works which we found very helpful. We have recently moved to the area, and are very happy to have found someone we expect to have a long term relationship with for servicing and maintaining our alarm. Thanks and see you next year!

        Shaun came right out after our call on a Sunday which was great as we were going on holiday and we had an alarm problem after the big storm Arwen. He fixed our problem very quickly and then changed two PIRs for dog friendly ones to accommodate our recently acquired rescue dog. He was efficient and competent in his knowledge and skill and more importantly a very pleasant man. We were very happy with the work and will use him again and recommend him to others
