    Fantastic service, Wayne collected our new puppy at short notice & delivered him on time without incident. Would defo use again & would recommend 100%.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. We are flying from Cyprus to UK. Paid the company 230 to take my animals from an airport in Oxfordshire to Wirral. Gave timings of flight etc. Unfortunately the flight got delayed by 6.5 hours so I messaged the driver to let him know the new time. I let him know 26.5 hours before original flight as this was when we found out. He got back to me to say he had another job on and couldnt do it. I asked for a refund so I could try and get another company to do the pet transport and he has ignored me and not refunded me. I have spoken to the pet transport lady in Cyprus who recommended him and she has advised it wasnt within the 24 hours cancellation period which it was as I have proof of messages. She then advised that at 5pm the day before he was already at Oxfordshire in a B&B waiting for me (baring in mind I wasnt originally due to land until 1430 the following day) This company quite clearly doesnt account for any delays in flights which is very common at the moment. I would describe them as very incompetent and clearly dont know what the are doing. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!! I can not afford another 230 to bring my animals home I have had no communication from him since I hope they have a lovely Xmas with the money they havent given back to me
