        I joined JSPT May 2019 on the 21 day course and have never looked back since. I have lost 3 stone and many inches. Even during the lockdown JSPT swiftly incorporated zoom virtual classes. They have always been there for us and really care .The support is fantastic, the trainers are totally professional . It is unlike any gym I have ever joined and I am still as keen as ever to continue my journey. I have made the most fabulous lifelong friends,all the girls are fantastic and we all support each other without any hesitation . We have had numerous challenges, fun days ,and fundraisers .So don't delay pick up the phone it'll be the best thing you ever do ... see you there look forward to meeting you,!

        Ive been with jspt for almost 2 years. The longest Ive spent with any type of gym... but thats probably because its not a typical gym! Very personable, lots of classes and plenty of motivation. Friendly atmosphere with brilliant instructors!
