Excellent customer service, purchased a games console for my son and have been extremely happy with the service at point of purchase and also with the aftercare received. Very reasonable prices would definitely recommend Recently new owners, cant fault them.

Do not let these fix ur phone! I was initially quoted 70 for a new screen. A hour after getting home from taking my phone I and paying the deposit of 40 he rings me telling me to get the price had increased by 22 to get the screen here by the next day. Agreed to pay the extra 22 as long as my phone was ready to pick up by the next day. Surprise I ring the next day screen hadn't arrived. Asked for a refund and told he promises it would be bk by the next day and he would knock of a tenner off it. Next day...yet again no screen. But he offered for me to borrow some cheap phone whilst I waited for mine to be fixed. I ring around to try find somewhere else to fix it to be told he had already rang there asking to buy a screen off them. Next day its finally ready to be collected when I ring at 11. What a mess. Glue everywhere the light doesnt work when the screen is locked, when the phones on u can see the lights through the sides and bottom of the phone and the USB port doesn't work so u can't charge it. Granted he's offered to repair the charger port and reseal the phone but I ain't letting him anywhere near any of my phone again. Just avoid! Trading standards are aware now.
