Buckley Eyecare

I had an eye test in December 2022 and called Buckley Eyecare to order a pair of reading glasses for the Precription only to be told I must go in despite they had all the information they demanded i go in for no reason so one was expected to travel there and back and again when the glasses where ready total waste of time and money travelling for no justifiable reason I went to another firm no issues what soever

Went today after my son had snapped the hinge in my glasses, in and out in under 10 minutes with a new set of frames! Brilliant service, best opticians I've been too. Lady who served me had blonde hair and was kind and having a joke with my children, went out of her way to get the correct frames and fit sorted for me, really appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful, so helpful, from the opticians to receptionists, I can't say how wonderful buckley eye care have been, every time. Keep up the good work Buckley eye care

I was referred to Buckley eye care on 9/5/2022 and had a follow up consultation 16/5/2022 due to a sudden change in my sight . I cant compliment enough the treatment I was given . Tim , the optician , and the receptionists , treated me in a very efficient and friendly way .

All staff were friendly and professional. Tim made me feel at ease and reassured. He explained the procedure in a very calm and clear way. Thank you I would highly recommend this optician.
