        Brilliant as always, took the car in for a minor issue and didn't even charge me. Could easily have been ripped off elsewhere

        My daughter took her car in for a service having previously booked her car in for a service at another garage in Chester. It seems the company in Chester only did an oil and filter change yet they tried to charge double what they originally quoted!! . Thankfully my wife was with my daughter to argue the fees. The service light was still showing despite that garage saying it should go off in a few days . We explained to PCM that the car had an oil and filter change 4 months early . They said that they would check the car over but maybe only a highlevel service check maybe required. My daughter went to pick her car up and was told there was no charge and the car was fine . Honest people , great service quality . So refreshing to see as they could easily have charged for a service and not done a great deal. We will be using them again in the future.
