We went to see Daisy at CareCo. She was really helpful. We had actually been to several other mobility shops, but it was only here we felt informed and confident enough to buy. Amazing service and will definitely come back for anything I need in the future.

Visited Warrington showroom today with my son who has learning disabilities also severe mobility issues. Purpose of the visit was to try out a replacement mobility scooter with a captains seat.He had seen the stride comforter in a brochure and had a ride round the showroom on the one he set his heart on. Thankfully it was perfect for him! The only other thing was to make sure that I could lift the parts once it was apart.l was shown how it was taken apart by our advisor Natalie ,she also took the scooter outside for me and watched whilst I took it apart and tried it in our car.That too all worked perfectly.l am a widowed pensioner but I did not find the individual scooter parts too heavy to lift also it all went back together quite easily.All in all the perfect scooter for my son also for me to be able to take apart when needed. The hour or so we were in the showroom Natalie was most helpful and very understanding of my sons needs also mine as a mum.l would highly recommend visiting the showroom if you are looking for a mobility scooter ,there are also lots on display. Thank you Natalie from a Happy Mum and her son too.

Called at the Warrington showroom today. I was greeted By Jayne Leicester, one of the nicest customer service advisors I've ever dealt with, she had a great knowledge of the products available and was courteous and kind when dealing with my needs. Definitely recommend. Tank You

The service I received from the Leeds shop from Laura and also from Simon was out of this world. Purchased my first mobility scooter which was the Ice Blue Abilize Stride Sport scooter and relied on them for their help. I took forever to decide which one I wanted and then changed my mind at the last minute on the colour. They were brilliant and patient the whole time. If an award could go to anyone it should be them. I cant praise them highly enough and will not hesitate to recommend CareCo and the fabulous experience given to me. Thankyou both once again for putting up with me

I paid for. a hernea belt but never received it.They put the phone down when I rang them and never answered the email. Dont deal with them.
