If you are looking for a Travel agent that cares and truly looks after their customers best interests then you are in safe hands. We booked a holiday through Buckley Travel for my sisters wedding in IBIZA in May with less than four weeks to go tickets collected flights checked in we were looking forward to the holiday. Unfortunately due to a medical risk with my pregnant partner we were advised it was too risky for her to fly. Feeling devastated that we would miss the wedding disappointment set in as we had paid for a holiday in full and when checking the cancellation terms with the operator we learned we would only get 10% of the money back, I popped in to see the team at Buckley Travel to proceed with the cancellation expecting to walk away with nothing or at best 10% I was blown away at the support and determination of the team to make sure I didnt walk away with 10% in their eyes they would not let it happen not on their watch, after they spoke with the operator to check if it could be transferred to next year (they would not) they opted to sell the holiday on my behalf. They handled everything from start to finish and this morning the refund hit my account. The team here are truly amazing and are a shining example of the best customer service experience. Thank you to all the team and we will be seeing you soon to book another holiday.

Amazing group of girls! Booked a city break to Rome with them in January. Everything was planned perfectly and we had no issues what so ever. Not to mention how kind and helpful they all were. I will definitely be using them to book another holiday again! Thank you! Xx
