Avoid renting from them. They have a fee for every single thing that they do while "managing" the property from behind a keyboard. Then at the end of a tenancy they deduct as much as possible from your deposit, effectively holding you to ransom for it because you will not get one penny until you agree with their costs/fee's or pay for legal representation to take them to court. Obviously this is all done at a leisurely pace when they can be bothered with no regard for you having to pay for the deposit on your next tenancy.

All the staff here are amazing. Buying a house is very stressful but when you have a team that are super helpful, understanding and lovely it really does help. 100% recommended.

Have recently just completed on the sale of my house Town & Country gave excellent service Keith came to value the property I was very impressed that He had already looked into and found that wed already got an EPC certificate . The photographs were excellent . . . We were kept up-to-date with feedback from viewers . Once an offer was excepted we kept well informed of each step by a lovely lady called Brenda I cant recommend this estate agent enough they were always on hand with information and help if we needed it. We came across a few problems . But with the information we got from Town & Country we came across a problem quickly cant thank them enough .
