I've just had the bay-window at my bungalow repointed by GMT Pointing Specialists. Glenn is a true skilled craftsman of his trade, I'm thoroughly satisfied and pleased with all his work, he cleaned the brickwork and matched the new mortar on the repointing to the existing mortar perfectly. Glenn is a very tidy diligent and patient worker, he comprehensively answered all my questions and addressed my concerns perfectly. When the work was completed, everything was left in a good, sound, clean and tidy order, a very trustworthy, pleasant, friendly and obliging person to deal with who pulls out all stops to help his customers. Glenn re-pointed the back of my terraced house, giving it a fresh lease of life and resolving issues I'd been having with rain water coming through cracks and gaps in the old mortar. An acid wash finished the job off well, and everything was left clean and tidy. It was a pleasure working with Glenn - I appreciated his advice beforehand and throughout the work, and his linking me with other professional contacts to deal with complimentary work on my guttering, fascias etc. Good value for money and overall well recommended.
