We (Housing Association), had an urgent requirement to restore a passenger lift back in to operation as soon as practicable. Elderly customers depend on the lift to assist with mobility in, out and around the scheme. Initial diagnostics found that the failed component was now obsolete. A new replacement controller was now needed. ACE Lifts pulled out all the stops in assisting in getting the lift back up and running as soon as humanly possible. In this instance, 10 working days from quotation to handover. ACE Lifts excelled in all aspects of these upgrade works from enquiry response, quotation VFM, lead time to site attendance and final commissioning & handover. Rubbish company. Worst customer service. Don't help on weekends not even for disables. They told me they only can do work when office will open after weekend.

Ace Lifts have just finished a smooth and straightforward installation of a fully renovated lift in our historic and delicate listed building. The work was done on time and appears to be of excellent quality, with many positive comments already received from building users. The team were exceptionally good to work with. They went about their business efficiently and unobtrusively, and were always obliging in working around the wide range of activities which continued to take place during the renovation period. Ace Lifts staff were unfailingly polite and helpful in dealing with building users, and made my job in administering the building during this potentially awkward period a very straightforward one. We look forward to many years of worry-free lift usage, and would have no hesitation in recommending Ace Lifts to organisations in our position.
