        When did lying to customers becomes a corporate default. "We missed you and the package is not eligible for a UPS Access Point collection" No you didn't. I took today off to receive this parcel and was working in the kitchen all morning, with a view of the front door. Your driver just could be arsed to deliver it today.

        Expected delivery to customer yesterday. As of today, still nothing! Checked tracking number and information says "exceeds maximum weight" yet this very package has already been successfully processed by two other UPS depots and an identical package was delivered via UPS to another customer. Yes, it's heavy at 64kg but that's why we book the delivery at 65kg!
