We have had Roy from Lock and Key Solutions help us twice now. We had (unbeknownst to us) two very badly installed uPVC doors. Indeed, one had been so badly fitted that the mechanism was damaged by using the door and ended up with us not being able to open it at all! Roy came out to us quickly, and was able to fix the installation of both doors, although one required a new locking mechanism. However Roy was able to install a temporary mechanism so that we could continue to use and lock the door safely whilst we waited for the parts to arrive.
