        John came round today to fit a vent on an external brick wall (very high up and we didn't have ladders to reach it). He was friendly yet professional. He took his time, did the job properly and was reasonable. A very honest and decent man, glad I asked for his card as we will definitely use his services again. Thankyou.

        His secretary / wife was welcoming on the phone. He came out promptly to assess the job and gave us a reasonable quote. Within a few days he came and efficiently did the job. No problems from it since.
