Worst experience I've ever had with a business. After he went off sick (which I understand can't be helped) I was left blind as to why I couldn't get through on the phone or why the shop was shut. A simple sign could have been left on the door or phone call to explain the situation would have left me understanding. There was NO communication what so ever for at least 4 weeks after dropping my mower off. When I eventually got through and found out what was going on, he went off again. Again with no sign or communication. Even when he was back in work I had no updates on why things were taking such a long time, unless I was chasing it up. Even then I was told week after week, the part will be here by X amount of days. Long story short, it took 10-12 weeks to finally receive my mower back. Will never come here again, or recommend anyone too due to the complete lack of professionalism!
