Rubicon Garden Rooms

What can we say, this whole experience was amazing ! John & Rob were so knowledgeable on our first visit to the showroom and really listened to what we required. From then on the communication was first class. Three weeks from start to finish and the whole team were impeccably dressed in uniform, punctual, polite and tidied up each day so that it looked as if they hadnt been ! Quite remarkable ! The quality, attention to detail and finish of our garden room is truly amazing and it has been used right through the winter due to the insulation being exceptional ! If you are pondering whether to go ahead dont think twice - these guys are absolutely fantastic ! Thanks again Team Rubicon !!

What can I say about Rubicon. Professional from the first to last interaction, it was great to be able to visit the showrooms (on numerous occasions), and have all my queries were answered, nothing was too much trouble. This is what customer service is about, if only every company was this efficient. The build was carried out to a high standard in the worst of weather and all on-time. Such a friendly and efficient team and a pleasure to have on-site. I have no hesitation in recommending this local company.

We would recommend Rubicon to anyone thinking of purchasing a garden room / office . From the very first time of contact to the last day of completing of our summer house , the level of customer service has been 100% , their team of tradesmen take so much pride in their work to make sure that you are happy , it was also nice to see workmen enjoying their jobs , materials used are of good quality and the attention to detail is outstanding. We have also been made to feel very comfortable if there is any need to go back to them in the future. Our family simply love our Garden Room installed by the Rubicon team in late 2021. We had a toilet and shower installed too. It was a lot of work but John was very patient and handled all our needs very attentively. The team on site were excellent too and did a wonderful and professional job. We have now no doubt improved the quality of our life - we use the Garden Room everyday for work, kid's play room and chill out room too:) We are so happy. Compliments again to John and his team :)

The experience with Rubicon started with a visit to their showroom in Shotton, North Wales and we were extremely impressed with the ethics behind the company as well as the products that were on offer. John, being an engineer, was passionate about his company and its Garden Offices. There were several technical questions as I am an engineer and my wife is an account was concerned with the costings. Before we arranged the first appointment with John we had looked around at most of the Garden Offices that were on offer in the UK. They ranged from overgrown sheds to the high standards of Rubicon. The options were quickly narrowed down as we wanted a one stop solution, from the ground up. Many options were cheaper BUT things like base and electrics were all extras and no one supplier would guarantee the work by third party suppliers. Having made the choice to have the Rubicon office it was duly booked for installation. There was the promised on-site visit to discuss the location and fine tune the design. The team arrived on site on the agreed date and started work on the foundations. It was all done with almost military precision with everyone in the team knowing exactly what was needed. Even when the local county planning officer turned up on the second day everything was explained and he left with no doubt that everything was being done in accordance with all planning rules. It was the little things that were obviously well planned and the materials used were all of a high specification with explanations of why very expensive screws are used as they will never rust or break. There was continuous use of spirit levels to ensure everything was square and fitted precisely. We were really impressed at the time and effort that was spent on the roof material installation. When the building was completed there were a couple of snags that were rectified by the next day. One issue with a door lock failure was dealt with very quickly and the wrong interior lights were not daylight bulbs.sorted and now we are so pleased with the final room that we show it off to everyone that pops in for a visit. From the first visit to the final day there was attention to detail and the whole office from the ground up is guaranteed by Rubicon which give peace of mind is any problems occur. This is great value for money with the exceptional quality of materials and workmanship and we have recommended Rubicon to several people who have seen the office.
