After a few hiccups at the start of the process, which included the online request form I completed and sent, apparently doesn't work, so best just to telephone them. The layout of the wording on the headstone I signed off was ignored, and the previous layout they did was the one completed. They have offered to change the headstone to the correct layout, but I've decided not to disturb my mother's grave any further. All in all, a beautiful headstone has been supplied and erected. (Their procedures and processes however are not the best.) Updated: 26 April 2023 The headstone has now had my late father's name added. All in all, a lovely headstone, and the design created for their final resting place is lovely. Very helpful and happy with the service.

I have used Buckely Memorials for both my Mother and Father's memorial. The staff are very professional and make an emotional experience very easy to deal with. Everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way, and I would highly recommend them.
