        Food very good but unfortunately the packaging absolute reeked of cigarette smoke. In response to your reply, it was the bags that smelled the worse. Thank you for replying and looking into it for us.

        Great quality food and friendly service. Perfect for any body who lives a busy lifestyle and wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Would recommend the GHK guys to anybody! Not like the other meal prep companies, GHK have a clear focus on quality of the meals and food products used.
