Used gem wholesale to purchase their return pallets for around a year now. Sometimes returns are a hit or a miss but you need to consider that before buying. The manifests are clear and makes it easy to decide if you would like to purchase. The staff are fantastic.

Customer service is amazing . I am just curious is just me who bought pallets and I am not happy??? I sow customer reviews and everyone is happy . I bought 3 pallets: Christmas pallet, furniture pallet and Electrical & Kitchen returns. When I place the order the lady have contacted me and ask if I am sure that I wanted to buy and she mentioned to me that the products my be broken. But she said some of them . From the electrical pallet all the products was used for a long period of time and all was dirty and bed smell as well. I assume that nothing inside the pallet wouldnt be new but I didnt assume that it will be that bad. I just have to put everything to rubbish (paid 450 plus vat for rubbish). In furniture pallet just one table, 2 chairs good and the rest was also broken . With the Christmas pallet I had lights which was ok, 3 Christmas tree and this is all . So all together I paid 2600 for rubbish. I try to understand is just me had this products? I am the only one unlike person. I dont understand how to resell this item and make profit on them.
