I will briefly describe my experience with this courier company:
I am waiting for a package from abroad,
I receive a letter saying that I have to pay tax, so I check on the website and pay the tax, set the day of delivery of the package and get confirmation of payment and delivery of the package.
After two days on the website there is an update on the status of the package "Your parcel has been returned to the sender. Please check the tracking details below which outline why this has been done."
Would any of Parcelforce's employees ever want to check anything that is going on in the company?
