        This place is an absolute joke, ask them to deliver to a local post office, as they couldn't find the address, they then took the parcel back to the depot. So chased next day and asked them for a redelivery to the post office next day, still not there!

        Not the best! They said they'd tried to deliver a parcel, but didn't even walk down my drive. Then asked for the parcel to be redelivered, this time the lad looked at the ring door bell knocked on the door left a note and took the parcel away. I have a ring door bell as my wife is disabled and take some time to get to the door. Wouldn't recommend from my experience.

You know your job & you were instantly happy to help . Yes, the formal process put in place by the company isnt very user friendly, but thats the companies policy.
